Summer vacation to Indonesia

Next week I will fly back to my home country, Indonesia. I haven't been back for nearly 2 years. This time I will go back only with my 2 children, a 5 years old and a 1.5 years old; no hubby and no maid to accompany me. I know it won't be easy but I will have to try to manage the situation well or I will never be able to go back home. My other half is very busy working and I don't even want to waste my time wishing he would join us. I hope the children will cooperate with me so that it will be easier for me to take care of everything. This time it will be my daughter's first time to visit her mother's home country. My parents really can't wait to see us. They are so excited. The last time they saw my children was Christmas 2008, before we moved to Philippines.They are counting the days and texting me everyday. :)

Gong Xi Fa Cai

Since my husband and his family are celebrating Chinese New Year, as a good wife, I have to be with him for this celebration. Therefore, I would like to inform you all that I won't be able to hang out with you here.
If I have a chance, I'll definitely make sure I hang out here even if it's only for a minute...

After Chinese New Year, I'll be gone to Jakarta (to get more supplies of Indomie, sambal jempol, and kecap ABC ). In Jakarta, as you all already know, it will be difficult for me to be on the net (I have no internet connection at home).

I'll be back soon and will post more stories from Jakarta.

Just to inform you that I won't be able to check my emails and to update this blog too often because of the internet congestion as the undersea cables hit by an earthquake in Taiwan was being repaired.

According to the news I've read, this internet disruption will last for 3 weeks. The repair of the 4 damaged spots could only be completed by January 19, Deputy general manager of Chunghwa Telecom estimated.

Since tomorrow businesses will reopen after the long break, the internet congestion will worsen and to avoid frustration, I'll try my best to use the internet only during the low period (if I can stay awake).
As the result, I may not be able to reply emails, may not able to update the blog, may not be able to chat and may close my eBay store temporarily until the internet connection is back to normal.
